FIX Nylon 6, Polybutylene Terephthalate, and Ammonia prices were revised. Nylon 6, domestic spot price, exw, Germany (516408-1-2), Polybutylene Terephthalate, domestic spot price, exw, Northwest Europe (797564-1-2), and Ammonia, import spot price, cfr, Northwest Europe (28209-1-5) were revised for recent months, along with MTBE (2524113-1-11), Isobutane (6524112-1-11), and Ethylene (1924111-1-11).

MINOR IMPROVEMENT Russia's natural-gas cost input switches to domestic pricing. In-country gas-cost assessments for Russia now use Natural Gas, transaction price, ddp, Russia (4474685-8-5), reflecting domestic pricing rather than an international export reference. Assessments that consume this input are revised accordingly.

MINOR IMPROVEMENT China natural-gas forecast recalibrated. The forecast for Natural Gas (liquified), industrial sector, exw, China (54517-8-5) was recalibrated with an updated statistical forecast, removing a discontinuity between the forecast and the most recent actual values.

The renamed product broadens the subscription with a wider set of country-level assessments and adds a new downloadable PDF report summarizing each country's competitiveness position — a deliverable that did not exist before. Existing subscribers gain this expanded coverage and report automatically, at no extra cost.

The broader analysis now spans:

Logistics & infrastructure conditions — road and rail freight density, port throughput, shipping connectivity, and electricity, water, and gas network density, created for 33 countries.
Labor costs — chemical-plant compensation, paid-leave and social-security data, and payroll burdens, created for 33 countries.
Domestic tax environment — corporate income-tax rates and loss-relief provisions, employer social-security costs, and indirect taxes, created for 33 countries.
Cost of capital & investment — investment-grade corporate bond yields and Gross Fixed Capital Formation, created for 33 countries.
Local prices & spreads — local commodity prices and their spreads, created for 33 countries.
New PDF competitiveness report — a downloadable summary of each country's scoring across the pillars above, delivered alongside the existing dashboard data.

MAJOR IMPROVEMENT Process-water pricing methodology corrected for 17 countries. Process Water, contract price (formula) assessments for Czech Republic (011932-7-3), Turkey (751927-7-6), and 15 other countries were recalculated under a corrected methodology that removes a pricing discontinuity. Demineralized water assessments that depend on process water are revised accordingly.

MAJOR IMPROVEMENT Process-water forecast smoothed for 14 countries. Process Water, contract price (formula) assessments for France (401933-7-2), Hungary (711935-7-3), and 12 other gas-driven countries now weight the near-term forecast to reduce month-to-month volatility.
